The King Family having held their property since the early 1970s were one of seven owners of contiguous properties later to be mapped in the year 2000 as Tract Map 14528.
The other owners, Ken Nelson, Bert Bledsoe and others decided shortly after to sell their properties to Woodbridge Development who proceeded to re-map the 66 acres for 51 homes as Tract Map 16816..The map was completed and recorded in 2003 and in conjunction with the 14 lot Tract Map 15501 the Mount San Antonio Project was formed.
The King Family still holding to the original vision of their late father to build a family compound remapped their holding to eleven custom lots with the idea of keeping four lots for the family and selling the others. However circumstances have changed and the family have decided it would be best to sell the whole project. Recently they purchased some additional land from the HOA that not only allowed the completion of the required Fuel Modification Plan but also extended the size of lot one.
The 21.+ acre property is ready to build on with all entitlements, grading and utilities approved and ready to go:
When completed the project will become a part of the Mount San Antonio HOA, all legal and annexation documents have been completed to allow for a smooth transition.
